¿Cuánto dura la garantía y qué cubre?
Contamos con centros de postventa en Europa, Accesorio con garantía PVY de 1 año: Componente estructural - horquilla, tija de sillín, manillar, potencia, palanca de freno, frenos, piñón, juego de bielas y cambio de pulgar; Componente electrónico - cargador, controlador, pantalla, amplificador, maneta de cambio, motor y cambio. (Si ocurre un problema con el producto dentro del período de garantía mencionado, se cambiará por uno nuevo sin costo si no puede ser reparado). Para el cuadro, se aplica una garantía de 10 años.
¿Es necesario ensamblar la bicicleta después de recibirla?
Nuestras bicicletas eléctricas son completamente nuevas y vienen plegadas para facilitar el envío. Con un montaje del 85% completado, puedes ensamblarla fácilmente. Una vez desempaquetada, solo instala los pedales y ajusta el ángulo del manillar para adaptarlo a tu altura y estilo de conducción. Es un proceso rápido y sin complicaciones, que te permitirá salir a rodar en poco tiempo.

Great little bike. I need a folding bike to fit in my camper, this fits perfectly.
The bike is generally ok. However, it has disadvantages. The battery range is a maximum of 40 km. I had to replace the saddle after the first ride because the mount broke. Charger supplied without a European plug.
I love it!
It arrived with a flat rear tire and 70% assembled, as the front wheel and mudguard were not attached to the bike. So I had to pay for a new rear tire and also to be assembled properly in order to be sure for my safety.
A little bit "rough" acceleration when using electrik mode.
The bike is great but I did not get the colour I originally wanted, and the tire was defected but we resolved the situation.

White color, beautiful all over, not the most powerful nor the biggest battery but perfect for the price, very easy to use, the only bad thing, the black paint is not scratch resistant.
