We have after-sales centers in Europe, PVY 1-Year Warranty Accessory: Structural component-fork, seatpost, handlebar, stem, brake lever, brakes, sprocket, crankset, and thumb shifter, Electronic component- charger, controller, display, booster, shifter handle, motor, and shifter. The function of the battery converter is to read the highest voltage in the battery bank (e.g. 95% for bank A and 50% for bank B). The converter will prioritise the use of the higher-charged Group A batteries (the meter display is also from Group A). When the battery level of group A drops to the same level as group B (50%), the converter will go into operation, discharging both batteries at the same time. Also, if you use the A bank batteries alone and drain them to 10%, and let the B bank step in to work without switching off the power, the meter will still show a 10% charge. However, if you switch off and restart, the converter will re-read the battery with the higher charge.
